The Royal Commission on Postal Services 1910 The amalgamation of the State post and telegraph administrations into a Commonwealth Department did not go smoothly. A Royal Commission that took evidence for two years and its report and minutes of evidence were published as Volumes 4 and 5 of the Papers Presented to Parliament and ordered to be printed for 1910.
